Defender 110 tyre pressure - advice needed

Hi, I am new to the site and could really do with some help! Can anyone tell me what the tyre pressure should be (front and back) for my 110 2008 model defender with these tyres, 235/85R16? I could do with knowing for both normal usage and fully loaded. I have looked in my manual and it is not there and there is not a label on the pillar. I need to head across country (on road!!) tomorrow! Please can you help me?

30 front 40 rear should be fine for both empty and fully loaded Think LR state 28 front 48 rear when empty and 34/68 fully loaded but most peeps find 48 to be to hard so what 68 would be like I dread to think.
