HELP FOR HEROES 4x4 EUROPEAN RALLY - June 19th-29th 2010 (http://www.h4hrally.co.uk)
The HELP FOR HEROES 4x4 EUROPEAN RALLY 2010 will start at Noon on Saturday 19th June 2010 at a secret location in North Wiltshire. After using byways on Salisbury Plain we will all go to Portsmouth to embark on the ferry over to France. It will be a 1650 mile/2640 km expedition encompassing 6 countries in 10 days, this non-speed event comprising a maximum of 30+ teams will be part history tour, fun competition, part off-road driving and part club-type social, open to all types of 4x4 vehicles. The money raised by teams will be donated to our chosen charity, HELP FOR HEROES ( Help for Heroes - A charity for the wounded in Britain’s current conflicts).
The HELP FOR HEROES 4x4 EUROPEAN RALLY 2010 follows the path and tells the story of the Allied Invasion through Europe and includes parts fabled by the Band of Brothers book and television series. As young men, who knew extraordinary bravery and extraordinary fear, the Allied Forces landed in France early on D-Day morning – 6th June 1944.
The liberation of Europe had commenced.

I am driving at Bramcote Barracks this weekend on a charity gig, all money raised goes to Help for Heroes

Im in the process of joining to RAF atm as a crewman hopefully. . so if im not in and training I will certainly be interested in either helping out or being part of a team!
signed up to forum. . the teams thing would any one on here be interested in being part of a team??? or do they mean teams as in me and my co driver???

Just a quick update - due to places started to fill up, and also having an immense amount of interest in the H4H 4x4 Rally, we are happy to announce that we are upping the limit of entrants to 40 vehicles/teams (entrants after that will go on to a reserve list). Please remember that the places available are based on a 'first come, first served' basis

Hello ,,
Wife and i are thinking of entering ,, But i will be the sole drver and after reading the entrance rules , Its asking for two named drivers per team ,, Would that be a problem ? ,, Or should i get here to pass her test soon lol ...

It's for insurance porpoises, so that one driver int driving for the full durexation of the rally.

You don't have to have a 2nd driver on the event, as long as you're happy to do all the driving
For H&S, etc, purpose you will need to put the 2nd person's info on the form
