yeah..not alot is it really..think i might sell the webasto heater seperate..get 300 all day long for it and still sell the car..

Never get your money back. I've got a '92 classic 200 tdi, reckon I have about £3,000 in it, not worth that but it's completely sorted and never plan on selling it.

indeed, am sure we would all like to get back what we spent on our classics. mine owes me circa £16,000 over 13yrs, though you would not think it looking at it! only reason its still around at 200,000 miles though.
dont sell i say, you will regret it one day, in the not too distant future. must be something else to flog off to get some cash flow?

If it's any consolation Zen I'm in a similar position. Good low mileage & original examples like my '87 Vogue are increasing in value BUT it's been bloody expensive, over the last five years, to keep the car in that condition - catch22:decision: I've always said that if/when the day comes that I can't afford the latter the RR will have to go & that day may well come in 2014, possibly in favour of a ved exempt classic car with lower upkeep costs. Happy New Year :)

Its worth what you can get for it, last summer my 87efi was written off cat c on an agreed value of 3.5k which Was the average figure to buy a replacement in OK condition from the bay.
