Evacuate system. Remove old pump. Make sure replacement pump is charged with oil in dead side. Fit new pump using new O rings. Have system vacuumed down and recharged with oil and refrigerant.

Thanks - think I'll get my nose into RAVE later have a look through, don't plan on doing this job until either weekend or the weather cheers up!
