Hello all

First of all A Happy New Year to everyone. Some of you might've read my thread regarding my EAS problem (sorry, more EAS!). Anyway, it looks like it might be a faulty EAS ECU, but before i invest, i was wondering if anyone has a spare working one i could borrow for a few days. I live in nottingham, although the car is in Derby. I don't mind picking it up or paying postage, even a bit of cash for the use of one (within reason!!).

Thanks in Advance

Hi ssmn1234

I know!!! I know there are a few members around Nottingham, but if they haven't got a spare ECU, i can't really ask them to rip their own one out of the car! There is a guy on fleabay, that sells them for around £60. Might be worth a shot. Thanks for the offer of yours, btw, but it would probably work out cheaper to get a second hand one from good old Blighty. I'm also looking at maybe a EAS driver pack. from what i've read, they can cause a lot of problems. One thing i don't want to do, is just start replacing stuff, but without any fault codes, i'm a bit screwed. Thanks again for all your help ssmn1234.

Kev
