Well, that went well!

I genuinely only wanted to ask the advice of you fine folks as to what I should be asking for my beast, but showed my naivety by (i) my post being deemed to be a "For Sale" submission, and (ii) my falling foul of the '50 posts minimum before being able to post a "For Sale" submission' rule.

Schoolboy errors, clearly. Must do better!

I missed the group buy (deployed with the RN), but really wanted a nanocom for a mototronic P38, so would be interested if you wanted to sell it. I've got a 4.0 51 reg (SE poverty spec), but have almost completed on a 4.6 02 (vouge) reg too!

Quasiperiodic is about right. I'd hate to call the frequency with 3 data points in 2 years.

There's a result all round ... and if Lee must be close to 50 posts now!

Will do...and (without wishing to try to advertise my wares before hitting the magic 50 posts), if the sale of the 4.6 doesn't happen, I know where you might be able to find one!

I don't really understand what you mean by that line about my wanting advice - isn't the sharing of advice one of the things that this site is meant to promote?

Apart from the world-class advice that's always available, one of the things that sets this forum apart from any other is the humour and pi55-taking that's involved. I'm sure it's part of the reason why so many of us keep coming back.

I don't know if you're offended or annoyed by my taking the pi55 out of my own initial stupidity (re the 50 posts shenanigans), but if I have offended you or anyone else, then I apologise unreservedly.
