This pressure is forcing the oil up the thru the engine and out the cap. try running it and lift the dipstick keep yer face away from the dipstick tube and see if it's blowing oil out of the dipstick tube. if it is it's almost certainly blown head gasket across an oilway and the gasses from the engine instead of going out yer exhaust are been forced down into the sump, which in turn forces the oil out of your engine. It could be worn or broken rings. But head gasket sounds the likeliest.
