Default Re: Freelander loss of power at 70mph

hi i am having the same problem with my 52 freelander it has been diagnosed as a faulty secondary fuel pump which is situated up in the rear wheelarch apparently there is two fuel pumps one inside the fuel tank which is to draw fuel up out of the tank and the secondary one is to feed the engine , the estimate to replace the secondary fuel pump is around £359 but i have been lucky as it failed 4 days before my warranty ran out , so i am now waiting for the dealer to get back to me for the replacement , this is what i have been told after my TD4 had been conected to the diagnostic machine at my local landrover dealer , i will let you know if it cures our problem .

i am now reading you have had your problem solved i hope my problem will go as smooth
