What's the goin rates for l/wts at the moment??

I've been out if touch with older landy prices for a few years. But I'm about ready to sell a lightweight if mine I'm not sure wether to get it mot'd or sell it as it is. It's an a reg 1980 odd. 2.25 bog standard except for seats which are from an mg or something. Top bulkhead is ok bottom needs the triangles replacing I think, also the door bottoms are rusty/rotten. New xmember a few years back. Had it going not long ago and the brake m/c had seized and it had a blow on the exhaust. What sort of price is it worth both as is and with mot? Cheers mike
