Well Folks.

After a year of ownership i think iv'e got the Freelander as i want it.

All the tyres same size and make.

Two complete engine oil and filter service regardless of miles (it sounds great )

Prop shaft bearings and Vis coupling changed (many thanks to Bell Engineering)

Diff mounts changed for Poly bushes.

Thermostat and housing renewed

2 stroke added at every fill up!

Last weekend after the prop was refitted there was a real difference in it's off road performance. My hobby takes me off road every couple of weeks and it was interesting to see how the vehicle perform the task in two wheel drive( IT STRUGGLED) and four.

With Prop fitted, there was no bother. It climbed the most steep gradients on shale and mud no problem, none of the wheel spin and snatching, skidding on the same track i had in two wheel mode.

This motor has also covered two trips this year to the Battle fields of Belgium and france, 2,800mls alone, with no problems.

In short.

Thanks to Bell Engineering, One year on and 8 Thou miles your product is still working spot on.

What a Motor! Ilove IT!
