The Best Oil??

When i put all this 200TDI back together and sling it it...he says...lol

What is the best grade oil you can put in to suit this piticular motor as they all differ on manufactors reccomdations ratings..an and i dont mean the most expensive as some Oils can be better quality minerals than some expensive ones...and as i gather thats what counts Minerals...

Also what colour after a good de grease should i paint the block / Engine..

Red...errrrrrrhhh?
Silver

I am gonna buy some Paste and rub the rocker cover and vent housing till it becomes chrome...he he... no fingers left..any tips to speed up other than buying a chrome rocker??


The 90 county i have has original light blue with County decals however the old ally has bubbled paint in spots and is begining to anoy me so thinking of either hand painting or spraying after a good prep etc coulours so far in my head please add your poll as my head cannot make up its mind:

Do nothing and leave it down to original?
British Army Green?
Camaflarge?,, I know its old Hat but still Cool.

im not sure about oils!! but as far as paint goes u carnt beat nato green i went for saturn as its a lot more toughther than matt iv been told! and useing grey zinc primer products from ancore supliers not bad priced so away in bath as black from sanding back door down ready for paint comeing on thursday hope goes on well as im hand painting!!!

I Work for Unipart and my contract deals in both : Ancor Paints and International Pains bot do Boat Paints which are bloody expensive but waterproof / Durable/ and if the Tins get dented @£100.00 per tin i get em for free!!!!, they are classed as damged!!

Not bad eh .. if anyone wants some you have to wait as i am off on the sick due to bad ankle injury but when i get back i can help depending on what colours get damaged... yellow...errrrrrrrrrrrrrr.
