Td5 rattle

I am getting the belt tensioner rattle, here is what I have done so far. 1. Replaced crank pulley two years ago. 2. Replaced belt tensioner twice now in the last 6 months. After about two weeks of silence it slowly starts to come back. If I just go above idle the noise goes away. Any help from the experts please

Get your hands on the viscose fan and see if you can move it around, if it does then fan bearing or fan mount bearing....
