Tailgate spare wheel carrier.

Just removed the old steel spare wheel to relace with a matching HSE alloy but due to the width of the alloy it pushes against the high level brake light and leaving approx 10mm gap behind.
I thought of a wheel spacer to fit behind but then the studs are not long enough.
Are there longer studs available or is there another way around this?

just get a few washers and try one on each stud then 2 I am sure this will work for you the wheel spacer is to thick also you could get some stud extentions
