Sticking drums

Hi there anyone ever had this issue??

The front brake drums rotate freely in a clockwise direction but jam if turned anti clockwise. I have taken the drums off and the drive train rotates perfectly. Also cleaned the shoes and checked the pistons. This is all done in neutral with the front wheels off the dek.
The rear wheels work perfectly

I appreciate any advice.

:5biagree: shoes often have a taper on the leading edge but not the tail.....just nip them back with a file

Is it a SWB? My SWB used to do that when reversing something to do with the design, where a 109' brakes are useless to hold it on a steep incline the SWB is great!
