Seat belt trouble

Morning all.
I have got a problem with the rear centre seat belt in my freelander1 station wagon. Basically it failed to pull out and after attacking it with my expertise and a screwdriver it will probably never work properly again!.
So I just wanted to know if anyone could suggest where best to get a replacement?? A used one that could be delivered would probably be preferable due to cost.
I've looked on eBay and can't see anything suitable as of yet
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

They have a TD4 in at the moment but it wont be long before it gets crushed.
