If you need to get a pic from Microcat or other parts program or anything else thats just on your screen that not web linkable its easy 
follow the steps below.
So to capure whats on your screen .
Hit Ctrl + print screen ( or prnt scrn on some keyboards / top row of keys ) - ( nothing will happen ) .
Next open up a paint program ( i use photo impact , but MS paint will do if thats all u got ) ( start / all programs / accessories / paint ) .
When your paint program is loaded goto EDIT (click ) then click paste .
you should now see your captured image , next rub out what you dont want ( using an image editing program is a lot easyer as you just crop the image you want ) .
Then save image as ( JPEG ) ( file / save as ) ( save it to my pictures or somewhere easy to find ) .
Then upload it to a photo sharing site ( see here if you dont know how to ----- http://www.landyzone.co.uk/lz/f38/picture-posting-dummies-47795.html ) .
After all thats done you can show your nice clear pic for all to see .......
