Freelander 1 Replacement cosmetic parts

My Freelander, whilst in good general condition, is showing some signs of its 11 years of age...
The main eye sore is the rubber/metal strip that separates the two pieces of glass that make up the rear window (sorry if there is a name for this part, but I don't know it!)
The metal has oxidised and lifted the strip from the glass, inside and out of the window...
Best thing to do? Can these be replaced relatively easily?

I also need 4 new tyres before the winter - 225/55/R17 what should i go for as a good all rounder for the upcoming weather?

might be able to get some offline or at a breakers , assume it's a 5 door, maybe someone else knows of a solution

ref the tyres , if u do a quick search there's some great posts listing of what everybody has fitted on there's

i've got some bridgestone duellers fitted on mine , found them good in the snow and general use

just in case u don't get 4 x tyres make sure u put the new tyres on the back
