Rear NS passenger door wont open

Hi All I know this has been covered before,but couldnt find what I was looking for.It will not open from inside or outside, the button on the door pops up when I press the key fob, the other issue I have is I put the child lock on, so is this going to cause me more issues?

I have already orderd a new door mechanism, just incase its that.

What im after is their a step by step guide on the forum anywere on how to open the door, when its totally locked, im guessing the door trim is going to have to come off and im going to be faced with laods of wires and such like, not got a clue on how to go about it.

Well i managed to get the door panel of intact, which was a bonus, had a play about inside, twiddled with something while holding the dorr lever open and what do you know the door opened, tried it a few times and works fine untill I put the child lock on then, it refuses to work again, sso now going to give it a good WD40 and oil and hopefully that should do the trick.
