Ya it will, but so will adding bigger tires, and etc.
Do make sure that they are well greased up, and properly tourqued etc.
If you don't... they could look like

It's not a clear picture, but that is all I had left of two (yes
two) wheel bearings. There is one race that was stuck on the spindel
still. I could turn the stearing wheel about 1 1/3 turns before I would
change direction.....
I guess the previous owner didn't think they needed grease.
