That depends on how big a struggle it is to separate the prop-shafts splines from the VCU. Heat and big hammers may be needed - which is why I didn't do it myself.

My local indy 4X4 garage charged me for 2 hours labour I think it was.

Be sure to get genuine GKN mounts with the FAG bearings in the red rubber moulded centres.

Fit anything less quality and you'll be doing the whole job again in 3 months.

I did mine myself with out the use of my strapping son inlaw, and it took me ages I undid the bolt that holds the u clip out. and thought this will not take long I heated it with a plumbers blow gun "the type that has a small gas tank" and to no avil I kept wacking it and still nothing so I heated it up then soaked it in wd40 , then went in for some lunch came out and it nearly fell apart , I should have done that in the begining or left it to my son inlaw spent the next day in bed my my bad back !
