pre 2000 front bumper grill/mesh

Has anyone tried swapping the removable grill (where the badge is)on a 97-2000 for some mesh to give it a freebie 2 sport sort of look?

50/50 myself, mines lookin abit tired so just an idea as ive always veered to that style on a motor, the rally version not the chav version lol..
