Tried wire in my drivers seat but still not working checked all fuses but when plugging in the nanocom it’s saying no communication with left & right front seats but the passenger seat works fine drivers seat nothing all the motors work from a direct feed from battery any help much appreciated as I’m no sparky

I assume it's a P38? Check for wet carpet & underlay in drivers footwell.
 
All dry data new carpets no leaks from anywhere heater matrix new got new seats fitted all in just no power to outstation
 
This is my spare one but the one on the car has got a empty slot the same as this any ideas as to why or am I missing a connector

Or mabey not I’ve got the memory seat connections on the side of the seat here’s a picture from the inter web and it shows a black plug

Has anyone got this black plug between the white & green one on the rear of the seat outstation drivers side mabey it’s for Japanese or USA market coz I can’t find one
 
In the wrong job must be a shortage of good rr electrician 5th July he so busy oh well I’m sure I will find other jobs to do in the mean time
 
Thanks very much mystery and data it makes no difference to me I’ve it’s a l322 or a p38 to me it looks like a paint chart the enemy would bring home but I will try and compare colours before the auto electrician turns up just to make sure I’ve got all the right bits but as for putting it all together I’m done I’ve tried 3 times no joy and in my book it’s 3 strikes and your out or put another way paying someone that knows what he’s doing

Pete before putting your hand in your pocket what's the problem with manual adjustment?;):D
