Hi I have a freelander td4 2003 I have removed the ide box and replaced the clutch now cant seem to reinstall the ide box any ideas of to why it doesn't seem to be re aligning

There are 2 sets of splines that need to line up. Try turning the rear output flange while wiggling the IRD into place.
