How to test the speedo light circuit?

I’ll have to double check when I manage to get in the garage (couple of hours). But from memory that all looks right, the only thing different is pin 6 from plug A joins with pin 9 (plug A) the other side of the of pin 6 on the the new multi plug. I have not as yet connected the transducer either.

I also managed to get some new bulbs today too, so will test them later on too

As I thought, all is as above, with the exception of the transducer and the two 12V cables, the only reason for that was because of what the instructions said (didn’t want to deviate).


The good news is, the bulbs now work... bad news is I may need stronger glasses!!


However still couldn’t get one of the LEDs to fit in to the speedo, so I’m contemplating leaving it now..... well, I’ll try this other supplier first and if they don’t fit, I’ll call it a day

You will have to excuse my ignorance Mystery, but this is the first I have seen of this. At this stage I’m willing to get it right first time rather than do it again.
So please could you let me know what it’s for?

basically it redirects the lighting current through two fused relays and protects your light stalk switch from damage /wear or short circuit currents that can pass through the switch should the headlights short due to water
the only current passing through the switch is to the relay coils

Ok that’s great, thanks for this, wouldn’t of had a clue if you didn’t mention it. I’ll add it to the todo list!
Just finishing off the rear at the moment, it’s all mounted and I’ve finished putting the cable in ducting and taped it all up for added protection. I think I may need your assistance though with the fog light though, if I may

Another invaluable piece of information, you should bring out a wiring diagram manual, everything you have done is 100% better than anything I came across!!
