Help identifying front brakes

The attached image is the front right brake on my 1979 Santana 109. I was trying to get parts numbers documented but none of the pictures of the shoes available look like what's installed. I also found a Santana parts catalog and those parts didn't look the same either. Additionally, all the diagrams I found with two pistons showed the pistons horizontal rather than vertical. Also the bleed screw is on the bottom on both sides in the front.

Can anyone help me identify the proper brake shoes and whether this is installed properly? I feel like these were installed upside down or on the wrong side.

11” twin leading shoes same as mine I think

Look like as above twin 11" standard 109. Your pic has them fitted the correct way. [ I once bought a 109 that pulled to the right going forward and hard left in reverse! Turned out some idiot had fitted right hand back plates both sides. Common mod was/is to change pipe work to have bleed nipple at the top slave for easy bleeding.

Small world. My previous SIII 88 had two lefts when I bought it. I wonder if it was the same idiot?

I'll look into this. No companies near me unfortunately.

Look the same as my 11 inch. It’s a SWB but I’ve no idea who changed them in the past.

This situation is exactly why I posted. I know the Santanas have some subtle differences but I haven't found much to help identify the specific differences. I appreciate everyone's help.

Mine started pulling pretty hard to the left, now that I've been driving it for a few weeks. The soft pipes LOOK decent, but I'm changing them anyway as I have no idea the last time they were changed. And the fluid was pretty nasty when I changed it.

Brake fluid can become an issue over time.

Check the wheel cylinders on right have not seized up or leaking, shoes not oily, if you clean them up with bit sandpaper you can put some chalk marks every inch or so and test then see if shoes making contact across whole width if not there will be be an adjusting bolt to square them up.
You can check for squareness also using small square on hub plate
