Headlight replacement

Hi all
What is the best replacement for series 3 headlights my O/S has blown and it is the sealed beam type I have seen some halogen ones on Tbay for about £50
answers on the forum, a post card or a stamp

If you're going to fit the halogen headlamps run them through a couple of relays with heavier wiring to the lamps 'cos they take a few extra amps - it'll stop you straining the ageing existing wiring and switch.
I've kept my headlamps and fitted a couple of halogen driving lamps, switchable via the main beam.

I fitted the Wipac cyrstal halogen headlights , great improvement and used a relay as oxides suggested

I meant these it says ring but when they came they were wipac.

i fitted wipac halogen on mine with the series 2 and 3 lights on the front wired with 4 relays one for each.its like daylight lol
