Freelander 1 soft top window zip

as anyone replaced a zip on the side window off the Freelander?
got caught in a thunderstorm last night and have managed to bust the bit off the end of the zip that goes in the actual zip itself

recommendations of firms who do this kind of work would be appreciated

I've never seen one of these soft tops, so don't know anything about how its put together.

However, would a canvas shop be the place to go to? (ie someone who repairs/makes tents, awnings, boat stuff etc)

Anything like this is not really a possibility there’s some down Manchester area who repair and change plastic windows so I might get them done as well as they look a bit yellow so hopefully when I ring them they can
