Jackable sills replace the thin strips of alu' which run down the sides of the vehicle. These bend and break easily. The jackable sills are thick steel items, which you can jack the vehicle up on.

As for your original question, it depends what you want to do with the wagon. If you want to off-road, then get some chunky tyres and under-body protection. If you want nice on-road handling, then get polybush suspension bushes.
