fine when cold when hold misses blue smoke wont hardly rev up

2.5 n/a in a series 2 with lt77 gearbox

had a bit of presusre on the top breather on rocker cover spitting oil,

mate borrowed the old girl flatten the battery, when to bump start it, idoit being the idiot he is pulling it 20mph with disco 3 low range 1st gear BANG snapped the short shaft on the rear axle

since repairing the rear axle the engine runs fine when cold as soon as it gets hot 1 mile up road wont rev up past 2.5k rpm and if held the throttle it chucks out blue smoke guttless no power completey normal when cold!
have wondered if the head gasket is due a change due to the exessive pressure on the breather

any thoughts boys?
(i cant read or right but i can drive a landy!)
