Electric Seats

Hi All.
I have been offered a complete set of Leather Heated seats for my TD4S which has standard cloth upholstery.
My questions are:
1) Would they be a straight swop and if so could a complete idiot like me fit them without any help.?
2) If they will fit is it possible to connect them to the car electrics so I could have them heated for the cold winter days heating.
Would it be an expensive job to connect them?

set of seats out of what?

if they are freelander seats they will fit and I have them in my freelander and they are a more sturdier seat you will need some heavy duty wireing a relay and som conectors as the seats are not on a timer at least mine are not hope this helps
