Discovery ES Auto 1996. 300 TDI.
Passed MOT 24/5/14.
Tax till end August.

This was bought to tow a horse trailer, a couple of years ago, but the missus does not like towing and is looking for a horse lorry.
We got this from an old boy who just ran up and down the motorway. He was the first and only owner. Reg doc says 3 previous . I was 2nd, missus was 3rd and me again.
Had 172,000 on the clock when purchased in 2011. Now has about 184,000.
Remember this is a work horse. It is not pretty but mechanically sound with what I believe are useful upgrades.
Good Bits:
Brand new MOT no failure or advisories.
Tax till end Aug.
All bushes have been replaced with yellow poly ones.
New upgraded shocks.
New springs front (standard) and rear (heavy duty).
New drilled vented discs and callipers front, inc. pipes.
Serviced with cam belt change.
1 New battery last September. + 1 new October (Twin Batts)
New waterpump and belt Feb this year.
New injectors.
2 new Yokohama GO12s on the rear.
Front swivel bearings replaced.
Front wheel bearings replaced.
Non standard radio. (CD and USB) (Original changer still fitted - believe never used).
Spares with vehicle:
UJs.
Boot floor.
Spare wheel carrier - removed to allow sight of tow ball through rear screen mirror.(Refitted)
Any thing I find that you may want.
Bad Points:
Sunroofs leak taped up and all dry
No carpet in front rubber matting fitted. (see above)
1 jockey seat missing previous owners dog chewed it.
Auto cruise does not work.
Has been welded in usual places.
Rear screen, aircon does not work.
Immobiliser by-passed.
Non standard radio. (could not decide if it was a good thing or not).
