Discovery 5 Disco 5 with oil change done every 20k miles

Hi Guys, I was offered a Disco 5 2019 SD4 HSE with around 45k miles at the clock. I was checking LR service history and it seems that the oil was chance only twice, every 20k miles aprox.
What do you guys think? it seems a large interval to me. The car appears to be a lease, with just 1 owner, I guess the service was arranged by the lease company.

If it is the ingenium engine then run away fast.

Some oils are designed for such a replacement interval (long life) thanks to the high-quality base and additives, but I prefer to follow a simple rule for diesel engines - one liter of oil in the engine works for 1000 kilometers. If 7 liters of oil are poured into the engine, please replace it after 7 (8) thousand kilometers. More frequent replacements will not hurt your pocket as much as a broken diesel engine.

This. If you're going with ingenium, 6 cyl petrol

I wonder, what do they market the lifespan of the engine as?

It is the ingenium, 4cyl diesel 2.0 240hp.

Google will be your friend, general consensus is avoid at all costs, same engine in a few different makes and models, all seem to be trouble.

2.0L is made of cheese, these engines have been known to go bang straight off the production line.

Google sdv6 crankshaft failure/ sdv6 engine failure, then go and buy something else!

As above, the 3.0L is prone to failure also, if you have good search around t'web you'll see in various forums that these engines are troublesome. Have a look at something else within budget from the LR big house.
