Although there is loads of threads on similar lines of electrical problems, this seems to be quite localised; my 1999 Disco TD5 ended up not getting used much over the autumn; the starter circuit failed to not turn off the starter, it did this on a ****ty horrible day and wasn't noticed, which fried the starter and the fuse link. However at the same time the electric windows and fuel flap stopped playing. I guess water ingress due to the period standing has initiated this chain. I have replaced starter and bypassed the starter circuit and using the vehicle is drying it a bit. It would be good to have window control and fuel flap; can anyone suggest where to look? All fuses are good. Thanks for looking.

Which electric windows, all 4 of them or only the fronts? the fronts can be linked to the fuel flap through the BCU but the rears are completely different circuit so better double check everything electric to see if there arent other issues too

you say that all the fuses are good, do you mean in both fuseboxes?

Yes, all the windows, both fuseboxes.

Then the interior fusebox is the first suspect
That area would seem to be drier than some other parts of the interior. The problems largely appeared after a couple of hundred miles after being brought back into use rather than on being brought back to use. What should I look for around at the interior fusebox. Have pulled all the fuses and replaced them.
