Gets noisy at about 30ish and stays constant any ideas.
Sounds like a windy type whining noise stops at 15 to 20mph.
Still there when coasting and when out of gear

Sometimes tyres wearing unevenly can make this type of noise, I once had this problem on a focus I used to have, I changed both rear wheel bearings as I thought it was them, just turned out to be tyre wear. Worth a look maybe.

Have you noticed it more when cornering if so it could be the tyres as mentioned above especially as I note you have replaced the vcu bearings you obviously had that problem. I bought one recently and it had all that work done and had the road noise and more so when cornering so thought nothing of it. I had an idea it could be the tyres and I was replacing wheels and all. After I replaced the wheels and tyres I only noticed then that the tyres were actually almost warped although still good tread. I put this down to the last owner driving too long with transmission trouble. The noise is now gone.

ok just got it looked at and the only thing making any noise under there is the front vcu hanger bearing but only slight.
now thay were replaced in april with kgn hangers and fang bearings and ones noisy already
so iv got the number of the company that supply bell engineering so will ring them monday.
still luck of the drew i suppose that the kgn ones are failing ??

Some times it's not the bearing at fault, it's how they were fitted. If pushed on unevenly or by applying pressure in the wrong place, then early failure is more likely.
