You may know that our Experimental Traffic Order at Chapelgate has been
challenged at the High Court. The hearing will take place on 7-8 November. We’ll let you know the judgement when it is made. Monitoring of the site shows that the experimental closure has been respected by vehicle users."

Looks like we've 'proved' we can be responsible, so there may be a chance we get a feckin' lovely lane opened again!

I get the impression they might allow limited use, say between summer/autumn months and close it between winter/spring or something like that.
