core plugs

Hi does any one know the type and size of core plug at the bulkhead end of a series 3-88 its my old Santana witch I have in Spain now missing and so is the water :doh: and is there more than one : confused I know I need to find the Manuel

All engines have several core plugs in different positions and diffrent sizes
Normally a set on 1 side of the block with 1 on the side of each cylinder
There is always 1 on the back of the engine either behind or above the flywheel
As for type and size the best bet is to by genuine plugs from land rover
If 1 has poped then best change them all

if its red metric block erc4996 there are 5 on engine alltogether i rear just below head 3 left hand side above strater and for ward i front behind water pump housing
