cold air into the car

hello everyone i m from rome italy and i have an hippo my2000
diesel,well my trouble is the delay of warm air into the car when out its cold,i hope u understand what i mean....why the air from fan is cold?
to much time to be warm i thinked at the air sensor but i dont know where it is.

Do you mean it's taking a long time to warm up? Does the temperature gauge ever get up to the midway point, or does the needle stay towards the bottom of the gauge?

If so, I'd say your thermostat is not working properly.

What engine do you have - Di or Td4?

I don't know how difficult it is to replace on a Di, but it's not easy on a Td4. It's a 4hr job. Plenty of information on this forum though. Here's how I did it on my Td4 last year:
