C4h 2012

Hi all, planning to travel to the event on Good Friday From Hartlepool wondered if anyone else was going down from this area who would like to meet up and go in convoy !

Hi Ian,

Me and a few other members of the Freelander Club Belgium Club will come to the event.

We will also arrive on Good Friday and stay until Sunday afternoon/evening.

Hardly in your neighborhood, so guess we can only drive in convoy during the event.

I am a little surprised of the low level of reactions over here regarding C4H. Have you any idea why?

Thank you for your reply. Firstly I would like to say thank you to cox325 for his thread on this forum who took his Freelander to the 2011 event which prompted me to join in this years C4H.
I have just purchased the DVD from last years Event there were more Freelanders in the convoy than I thought would be in. The freelander TD4 also gets a mention from a member the Belgium Freelander club on the DVD! As for the lack of support I'm not quite sure why, when the event is open to all models of Land Rover. It's nice to see members of the Dutch /Belgium Freelander club supporting this outstanding event.

Last year some fellow members were there and made us enthousiast about it. Also Cox 325 is to "blame" for making me come over.

Well, hope to see you and some more people from here. Just watch the Belgium en Dutch flag and a flag of the Freelander Club Belgium, you find us.

And ofcourse we come to pay respect for British militairy people but also the Belgium and Dutch militairy people are in our thoughts.

I'm going with my freelander and some other lads from the North Eastlaners,
we are going down on the fri, meeting some others afrom scotland at scotch corner and driving down together.I'm on as barrym.
