bit of a newby/annoying question.....

..... BUT does anyone know if the window channels for the sliding windows in the back of a truck cab (think thers 6 in total) are the same as the channels in the sides on an 88" station wagon with the same sliding windows if anyone gets what i'm sayin........ as i can't find a truck cab in the series 3 parts book (well i can but its only got a ladder rack on it or the seals for the truck cab to body!!) ?? have trawled online looking but all to no avail :doh:

ahh rite cool, wasn't sure if the side window channels would be slightly longer or not, and also is the defender truck cab different from a series 1 at all? the guy who wants them said he needs 6 but i have found what i think are them on LR series (to get part numbers for ordering) but theres 7 listed on there??? thats in the series bit on ther website

yeah but we buy off Bearmach so it should already be in the correct lengths, i just need the correct part numbers for them, but with all the various types i've found i was just trying to get definitive answer so i can then use the correct part numbers to avoid getting the wrong bits for the guy, cheers for the link too, but i think he wants the metal ones with the felt in them

oohhh rite i get it now, sorry, bit early for me brain to engage yet!!!! will have to speak with the customer an see if he wants un rotting plastic ones or rotting metal original ish ones getting, (he's wanting to look like it just rolled off the assembly line i think judgin by the size of his order so far!!!)
