Hi,

Take off the bottom radiator hose - take of the coolant tank cap, then open the bleed screw 2 turns.

Fill it up with clean water then drain it again after you've run the engine for a couple of minutes with the heater control set to max. You can't get all the coolant out - a litre or so is left in the pipes etc.

I had to do this 4 times until the water came out clean.

When your happy with it put in 4 litres of OAT antifreeze and fill up the tank.

Start the engine then immediately bleed the air out of the system.

I had to bleed it three or four days in succession before all the air was out, and heater was giving its maximum.

Beware taking the bleed screw all the way out, as the little rascal has a knack of jumping out of your fingers and disappearing down the back of the engine, never to be seen again.

Beware also of opening the bleed screw on a hot engine.
