Sorry, its taken so long.
Mine has 4 bolts, 2 on the head and 2 on the bracket, it looks like the only thing to do is to take off the bracket and stick in a vince and do it.

I'm taking it that it's a deepender?
do you mean the bolts are broken or the rubber mounting lugs?
If it's the rubber lugs, roofing silicone to re-attach them worked on my old landy.
