200tdi injector washers

Bought a Elring top end gasket kit which comes with the relevant coppers washers that you need.
It's my understanding that the injector washers should have a little ridge/shoulder on them, well they don't!
Is this par for the course now, should I fit them, should I buy some more which may well end up being the same?

Thought they were flat & compressed down.

Some have warmed the old ones up and re used them

Mine were flat as supplied by Diesel Bob when injectors were reconditioned
