200 tdi injector securing stud oil leak

I have just run a rebuilt engine on the bench before putting it back into the vehicle. I have noticed an oil leak on the studs that hold the injectors in. Should there be a copper washer there or hold should it be sealed?

I think they are blind holes, maybe someone has oiled the studs when fitting?

Or is the injector seal not good and it just looks to be coming from stud?

It’s definitely oil and it’s coming from the stud.

Take it out, clean hole and stud then replace and see if more oil comes out.
