We tried making our own, weren't a bad effort. but we have found an English butcher in country and his stuff is great, we get a couple of orders a year.
Wonder if he would send to you? he overnights ours frozen and we pick up at the office. He is far north west in country so not much difference in travel?
There is gonna be someone doing the same thing in your country.

We are a bit lazy when it comes to this sort of things or you could say we are adapt but you always miss the things you can't get or have . Im waiting on new track rod ends n stuff coming im just going to fit the covers to new units. The landy was up to the sills

25-30 unripe green walnuts 1lt alcohol of choice we use grappa 1 star anased 1 cinnamon stick put in a big glass kilner jar leave for 2 months it will go dark brown then you can add sugar to your tast gets better with age very simple to make ☺☺
