I suggest checking with the guys at BBS either using they web contact page or the Nanocom forum. Which codes did you purchase ? If you login online it should confirm which vehicle the codes are for. You should have an engine specific code...

According to RAVE the 1995 Classic has two circuits for the front calipers. The correct bleed sequence is complex (like the P38), but not all of it can be done with pressure bleed kit.

What you mentioned about C257 Pin-6 being bypassed to C177 could well be why the BECM does not send the code to the GEMS. The BECM does not know you are starting the car, so never sends any signal !!

But even with replacement BECM, GEMS, etc. the wiring still needs sorting. To be honest, unless the BECM has been messed with, sort the wiring locks & fob first. Then program a good GEMS to it, and it should all work.

There are three different air-bag ECU's in P38's. The picture you posted shows MPS Type-1. Maybe your Hawkeye doesn't support it ?
