Hi guys, Bought my 5th D1 last October and just spent the last 4 months doing the usual. Arches / Boot / removed the sunroofs / new lights etc etc. I bought a replacement intercooler > turbo hose and while replacing all the fluids last night...

Mine were leaking too, so I ripped them out - got some .8mm mild sheet; cut to oversize with around 30-40 holes and drilled / riveted to the body with non setting sealant. Going to fibreglass the seems later, sand and paint the whole motor.
